If you have a delivery date and you want your commission to be placed on the top of the waiting list and being a priority will have an extra cost depending on the type of commission you choose and the complexity of it.USE

• You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”
• You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork
• Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by sta.sh or email), but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.
• I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.
• In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
• In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.REFUNDS
• Cancellations are acceptable as long as payment has not been sent yet. (Please, if you plan to cancel the order, let me know, no problem! ^^)

▪ We only accept PayPal (USD). (soon I will also be able to use vgen)
▪ You must pay within 24 hours after your offer is accepted.
▪ The payment is in advance (100% of payment) This means, i will send you the adopt unwatermarked file after you pay through a payment format.
▪ After accepting your bid, iwill need your PayPal email to send you a payment format. Only once paid and confirmed, We will send you the adopt file.
▪ In some cases you will need to send the payment to two different PayPal accounts.
▪ i accept serious buyers only, We do not accept refunds in any case.
▪ Regarding commercial use: If the design is going to be used for streaming / to sell merch or anything of the sort, it will have an additional cost equal to the price of the adopt are buyed.

In case you have paid a pre-order for an adoptable, I will try to finish it in the next 2 weeks after the payment is processed.USE
